Making your own handbag or dog collar and lead gives you a very satisfying feeling. At Liniac Saddlery we offer a range of courses teaching you how to produce leather goods, ranging from fashionable handbags through to making your own equine tack accessories and animal leads and collars. You will learn the basics of working with leather, enabling you to create and design your own projects. |

* Tools and materials will be provided. Courses require a minimum of three student to run. Payment must be received one week before the course start date to ensure a place on the course. |

Stitching Day CourseBy the end of this course you will be able to stitch single and double hand. You will also be able to use tools, identify different leathers and prepare up leather for stitching. You will also be able to take home your creations. |

Beginners Bridle CourseThis course aims to teach you the basics of saddlery. It will enable you to create working drawings and produce the item you designed. The course is aimed at equine enthusiasts who want to make their own tack. By the end of this course, you will have produced a headcollar. |

Beginners Handbag CourseThis course aims to teach you the basics of fine leather goods production. It will enable you to create working drawings and produce the item you designed. By the end of this course, you will have produced a leather handbag. |

Tooling CourseThis course aims to teach you the basics of leather tooling. It will enable you to create working drawings and produce the item you designed. By the end of this course you will have designed and created your own personal item or one provided by Liniac Saddlery. |

Basic Bridle Repair CourseThis course aims to teach you the basics of saddlery repair. It will enable you repair your own tack to a high standard. By the end of this course you will be able to repair most of your own tack. |

Open WorkshopThis is an opportunity for you to come and use a fully stocked workshop for only €6 per hour. On prior appointment only. |
